Conventional
Detectors are grouped into zones. The panel tells you which zone, not which device. Suits smaller buildings and tighter budgets.
Addressable
Every detector has its own address, so the panel shows the exact room or device. Suits larger buildings, hospitals, hotels and multi-floor offices.
Our advice
We recommend based on building size, occupancy and what your fire consultant or authority requires, not on what costs more.

Which standard do you follow?
Designs follow the National Building Code of India and IS 2189 for fire detection and alarm systems. Your fire NOC requirements are confirmed with your consultant.
Do you handle the fire NOC?
We supply, install and document the detection and alarm system. The NOC process itself is usually handled with your fire consultant or architect; we provide the documents they need.
How often should a fire alarm system be tested?
Regular functional testing and an annual detailed inspection are standard practice. We set a schedule as part of maintenance.
Can the fire alarm unlock access-controlled doors?
Yes. Doors on escape routes should release automatically when the alarm triggers.
