Industrial and manufacturing security systems in Bangalore

Perimeter and gate control, shift attendance, fire detection, plant networks and AI video analytics for factories, warehouses and process plants, designed around how your plant runs.

A factory is not a big office

Plants have long compound walls, separate truck, staff and visitor gates, hundreds of people changing shifts at once, and production areas where dust, heat and vibration shorten the life of ordinary equipment. Security also has to coexist with plant systems that must not be disturbed.

We design for those conditions: the right equipment ratings, a security network kept apart from plant and office IT, gate processes that match your gate passes, and storage that meets the 30-day expectation under the Karnataka Public Safety Act where it applies.

What we deliver for plants and warehouses

Industrial CCTV

Perimeter, gate, yard, loading-bay and production-floor cameras, with ratings chosen per position and storage sized for 30 days or more.

Truck and vehicle gates

ANPR logging of trucks, staff vehicles and contractors, with boom barriers and in and out times that can be matched to gate passes.

Factory access control

Face or card attendance at shift entries, turnstiles for high-traffic gates, and restricted access to stores, labs and server rooms.

Fire detection

Addressable or conventional fire alarm designed to NBC and IS 2189, linked to access control on escape routes.

Industrial networking

Separate camera and access networks, fibre links between buildings, managed switches and UPS-backed racks, fully documented.

Plant monitoring

Temperature and other sensor readings from equipment brought onto a dashboard with alerts, where continuous monitoring matters.

AI video analytics

Analytics where they solve a defined problem

AI on cameras is useful when it answers a specific question. We start from the problem, not the feature list.

  • Intrusion and line-crossing alerts at the boundary after hours
  • Person and vehicle classification to cut false alarms from animals, shadows and rain
  • Number plate logging at truck and staff gates
  • Counting and occupancy where it helps operations

We tell you plainly when a standard camera with good placement is the better answer.

AI video analytics for factory security

Questions we get asked

Can CCTV and access control share our plant network?

We recommend a separate network or segment for security, so recording is not affected by plant traffic and cameras are not exposed to production or office systems.

Do you install cameras for dusty or hot areas?

We choose housings and ratings for the conditions at each position, such as IP66 or IP67 for dust and water and suitable mounting for vibration, and check them at the survey.

What can AI video analytics do in a factory?

Common uses are intrusion and line-crossing alerts at night, person and vehicle detection to cut false alarms, and number plate logging at gates. We recommend analytics only where they solve a defined problem.

Can you monitor equipment temperatures or other sensor readings?

Yes. We have connected temperature and other sensor monitoring for clients, such as continuous temperature tracking at a solar plant, with readings available remotely.

Do factories need to keep 30 days of CCTV footage?

Premises that meet the thresholds in the Karnataka Public Safety (Measures) Enforcement Act are expected to keep 30 days of footage. Confirm with your jurisdictional police station.
